1:1 Coaching Sessions
Package Information
The single most beneficial aspect of 1:1 coaching is it’s personally tailored for you, to locate and remove the exact obstacles that are standing in the way of writing your next chapter, and develop a highly detailed plan for moving in the direction of your “BEST” self.
I will assist you in creating your new liberated self that helps you start and develop successful relationships.
This program includes private weekly calls and Zoom or Microsoft Teams meetings to work on your personal goals, whatever those may be, to write the next chapter of your journey. Your journey may include navigating a path through a break-up, evaluating a current relationship or assessing life after a divorce.
Everyone deserves a chance to experience authentic happiness and complete emotional freedom. In order to be happy in any relationship, you must first be the most confident version of yourself.

This type of session is designed to work with you and your partner helping you both reach your next chapter together by working on communication and openness. You are both the authors and I will be there as your writing implement to draft ways to grow as individuals and as a couple. Every relationship is challenging and will always demand work, so it does not come as a surprise that we sometimes lose our open avenue of communication. I am the Coach to help you and your partner move in the right direction for your futures.
This program includes in person, or virtual, private weekly meetings to address your individual personal goals as well as your joint goals as a couple. This will aid you both in your efforts to move into that next chapter of your journey as a couple.

These sessions are intended to help couples prepare for marriage. Couples build goals together and learn how to discuss shared important issues. All topics are appropriate for these sessions and will help couples discuss their future lives together in a productive and safe environment.

Court Support Coaching Package
Package Information
In-person, phone or FaceTime one-on-one coaching whether you are in mediation and or court. I will provide pre-session organization, guidance and coaching, as well as be available to you during court breaks or while waiting in court for your case to be called. The goal is for you to walk away feeling empowered, centered and prepared to move forward. Schedule your court support with as much advance notice as possible.

Parenting Coaching Package
Package Information
Conversational sessions with both parents to address conflicts in decision making and parenting-time schedule issues, as they arise. Even though already separated and agreements have been finalized, disagreements still arise but that does not mean you have to run to court which, at times, can cause more conflict.
